Pastor Tiffany Ware

Tiffany Ware currently serves as Pastor of the The Uncommon Faith Center located in Clermont, Florida. She is led by her husband Thomas Ware, Overseer.  She comes from a family of preachers and has been in ministry most of her life, preaching her first official sermon as a licensed minister at the age of 21. Tiffany has a passion for Evangelism and has spent a great deal of time on street corners ministering the gospel. She loves God and His people and is known for her selfless heart.


Tiffany is the business owner of Optimum Care Providers where she serves individuals with autism and intellectual disabilities. She has assisted many others in becoming business owners in this field and has helped to provide jobs within her community.


Tiffany and Thomas have been married 14 years and are blessed to love on 4 beautiful children (Thadeus 22, Thomas III 11, Silas 9, Autumn 8).


One of her favorite scriptures is Psalm 34:8 “O taste and see that the Lord is good: blessed is the man that trusteth in Him.”

Minister Pauletta Singleton

Pauletta Singleton has been a dedicated member of Faith Life Outreach Christian Kathedral for over 25 years, serving faithfully under the leadership of Apostle Anthony and Pastor Charlene Hatcher. Throughout her years of service, she has been actively involved in various ministries, including Youth, Hospitality, intercessor, and the Angel Tree ministry. She also serves as the armor bearer to Pastor Charlene Hatcher, offering support, prayer, and commitment to the vision of the ministry.


Pauletta is a licensed minister with a heart for service and compassion. Outside of ministry, she is a devoted wife, mother, and grandmother. Professionally, she works as a caregiver, reflecting her passion for helping and serving others both inside and outside the church. In her leisure time, she enjoys baking and taking peaceful walks along the beach.

Dr. Pam Powell

Reverend Dr. Pam Powell, known to many as the “P-Factor,” “Orlando’s Oprah,” or “The Hope Doctor” is an Orlando native.  She was a previous candidate for the Florida House of Representatives. She is also an ordained minister of the Gospel, currently serving on the ministerial staff at St. Mark AME Church under the leadership of Senior Pastor Terence Renard Gray. In addition to this, she is pastor of Pam Powell International Ministries, Inc, a global online church where she is host of her very own podcast and Pain to Purposeshow. She serves on the distinguished Mayors Council of Clergy, and is founder and president of the African American Congress of Christian Women in Ministry, Inc.


Dr. Powell is a renowned speaker, author, veteran television and radio personality, actress, model, and life coach. Her television shows were aired in millions of households throughout North American and in European markets including Willie Gary’s Black Family Channel, Time Warner Broadcast, Brighthouse networks, Lifevision TV, as well as, on her very own YouTube tv channel.  She also hosts the prestigious Orlando Living Legends Awards in Central Florida.

As a political activist she has been in the company of both presidents Barack Obama and Bill Clinton, including Oprah Winfrey, Rev. Al Sharpton, Rev. Jesse Jackson, Atty Ben Crump and many other celebrities too numerous to mention.


She is the co-founder of Love Church International, where she served as co-pastor along with her late beloved husband Rev. Dr. Leroy Powell. She is a graduate of International Seminary in Florida, and PFS University in Georgia. She was bestowed an Honorary Doctorate of Divinity from the Majestic Bible Institute and Seminary, as well as, from the Hope Bible Institute in Chicago, Illinois. She has served as “Pastor of the Day” for the Florida House of Representatives, and has served in many ministries throughout the country, including megachurch, West Angeles COGIC.


Dr. Powell received a lifetime achievement award for community service from President Obama and the legendary musical icon Maurice Starr “The General.” She is also featured in the Jones High School Historical Museum and was named an “Entrepreneur of the Century” by the JHS Historical Society under the leadership of the late Chief James W. Wilson. She also served as president of the Black Advisory Board of Valencia college.


She was the first African American female to serve in management in her department and the public relations department at Southern Bell Telephone Company in Orlando. As an entrepreneur, she built several successful financial services franchises until she retired from the industry.


Dr. Powell has spoken to audiences reaching up to 50,000 people in the Georgia Dome, Transworld Dome and other locations throughout the United States. She is a member of Alpha Phi Chapter of Gamma Phi Delta Sorority and has served in numerous organizations including, the NAACP, AACCC, the National Congress of Black Women, Women in Film and Television, among many others.


She is the author of three bestselling books including, most recently, after the loss of her beloved husband, she penned a book entitled How to Make a True Love Story that Never Ends to help save marriages and relationships in America since more than 50% are ending in divorce. It was endorsed by several community leaders including the Mayor of Orlando.


Recently, she was featured on the front cover of Radiantly Black Magazine, with the title “Brains and Beauty.” She received certificate of “Triumph and Faith” and “Legacy of Leadership” award from St. Mark AME Church for her ministry of hope and inspiration. She is a three-time breast cancer survivor and has served as spokesperson for the American Cancer Society, making strides against breast cancer.


Reverend Dr. Pam Powell is a widow, has one daughter--her princess Candace-- cherishes her toy poodle Royalty Powell. Most importantly, she is an ambassador and servant of God.
